Of course, it is possible to expand the existing rocker by 1 or even 2 ramps with a later order. You can do this on the product page by selecting “No Rocker” at the same time with “With 1 Ramp” or “With 2 Ramps”. In this case, no rocker will be sent, only the selected number of ramps. It is important that KateHaa ramps only fit perfectly and safely with KateHaa rockers!

Of course, it is possible to expand the existing set with an extra ramp by ordering it later. This can be done on the product page by selecting “No Cuber” at the same time with “Ladder” or “Climbing / Slide Ramp” or “Both”. In this case, no cube will be sent, only the selected ramp. It is important that KateHaa ramps only fit perfectly and securely with KateHaa cubes!

Yes! It is important to open up each box and check everything as soon as you receive the ordered products. Number of boxes, color of products, assembly, screws, etc. We ask this if anything goes wrong, we can solve it for you in time.

In rare cases, the manufacturer may be mistaken during packaging. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a picture of the problem. We will try to respond to you immediately so we can remedy the problem quickly.

Unfortunately, in rare cases, a damaged product may be delivered to the customer. In this case, please contact us via email. Attach pictures of defective parts of the product, as we can also complain to the manufacturers based on these. If we have a replacement product in stock, we will ship it immediately. We will send a GLS courier for the faulty game, so always pack it back in its box.
If the damage is due to improper delivery, you are not obliged to take over the damaged packaging, but if you do decide to take over the package, you must ask the courier for a report of the defect. In this case, we will complain to the courier service, but we are not obligated to replace it.

To eliminate any questions and to help you with assembly, you will find assembly instruction in boxes for each KateHaa product and we upload them to the relevant product pages.

The products in stock will be handed over to GLS courier the same day, but no later than the next day, so you can receive them the 1-2 days after the order is placed. After you place your order, we will inform you by e-mail whether the order is “Processing” or “Completed”, in which case we have gave it to the courier service, about which you will also receive an e-mail notification. If any of our products is out of stock, please contact us when it will be available again and when you could receive it.

We work from stock in case of all products. If we run out of a product, please contact us to find out when the product will be available again and when we could ship it.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly find out when the product will be available in stock and when we can send it to you.

All our customers have a 14-day right of return for each product. We can only take back products in their own undamaged and complete packaging, so we recommend you to keep the packaging for 14 days.
